Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable, non-transferable $200 deposit is required for all courses and workshops upon acceptance.
Balance payments are due before the commencement of the course or workshop at the time specified in our advertising material and on our website.
Once a course or workshop has commenced, no refunds will be given.
Should a cancellation be made for any reason after the fees are paid in full and prior to 7 days before the commencement of the course, refunds will only be given if the participant (through their own time and resources) arranges for a suitable replacement student to take their place.
Should you withdraw from a course after it has commenced at any stage and an instalment payment option has been arranged, your payments will continue until the cost of the course is complete.
All drop-in classes are to be paid for on the night of the class, or a further administration fee of 20% will be incurred at the participant’s expense.
In the event of a Module being cancelled by The Impulse Company Australia, any deposits will be fully refunded.
Should the Module classes be canceled due to Covid19-related restrictions, where possible, the classes will go online. If online is not possible, classes will resume when it is deemed safe to do so by Government guidelines.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in any course or class.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUREmployees, associates, and students are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviours:
Insulting, humiliating, abusing, or threatening to abuse (verbally, physically, or in writing) another person.
Committing physical or sexual assault against another person.
Discriminating against or unfairly treating someone based on their ethnicity, cultural and linguistic diversity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, ability/disability, neurodiversity, or political beliefs
Intimidating, threatening, or harassing another person.
Engaging in sexual harassment through unwanted, unwelcome, or uninvited behaviour.
Bullying, isolating, or humiliating another person.
Utilizing derogatory or discriminatory comments or gestures.
Victimizing, unjustly treating, or threatening someone for raising a complaint or acting as a witness in an investigation.
Making intentional false accusations against another person.
Behaving unethically.
Excessive consumption of alcohol or the use of restricted, dangerous or illicit drugs on the premises or while representing The Impulse Company Australia.
Consumption of alcohol or other substances such that it interferes with participation in the activities being undertaken by The Impulse Company Australia.
Participating in the possession of weapons or any items that could be considered weapons on the program premises, which will result in immediate expulsion from the program.
Participate in rigorous or over-zealous referencing or discourse pertaining to our own or others' work and educational endeavours.
Anyone found to defame The Impulse Company Australia will be refunded any current course fees and requested to leave.
