Terms & Conditions

  1. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required for all courses and workshops upon acceptance.

  2. Balance payments are due before the commencement of the course or workshop at the time specified in our advertising material and on our website.

  3. Once a course or workshop has commenced, no refunds will be given.

  4. Should a cancellation be made for any reason after the fees are paid in full and prior to 7 days before the commencement of the course, refunds will only be given if the participant (through their own time and resources) arranges for a suitable replacement student to take their place.

  5. Should you withdraw from a course after it has commenced at any stage and an instalment payment option has been arranged, your payments will continue until the cost of the course is complete.

  6. All drop-in classes are to be paid for on the night of the class, or a further administration fee of 20% will be incurred at the participants expense.

  7. In the event of a Module being cancelled by The Impulse Company Australia, any deposits will be fully refunded.
